Metadata in Bridge

I am shooting the Canon R5, and I would like to know if I can see in metadata if I shot with mechanical shutter, or electronic shutter, in Bridge.

I'm not getting that for my Sonys. I suppose it depends on what the manufacturer puts in metadata, but here's the full list of options for Camera Data (exif) in Bridge Preferences. No listing for shutter type there.

A lot of these don't show up in the Metadata panel anyway, so I assume that means it's not written to the file by the camera.

It may or may not be in the File > File Info > Raw metadata tab.

 

Can you provide a link to an example file?

 

Otherwise you may need a 3rd party option such as ExifTool to see if it is in the metadata. If it is in the metadata, then ExifTool could copy the info to another unused field that is visible in Adobe software.
