Time was when I could right-click on an image and select Photoshop as the editor. No longer. How do I do it now?

@default1esqd3hmnpfr When you right click what choices do you see? Did you check to see if in Settings > Choose default apps by file type, Photoshop is the default for .jpeg? My right click on any image file looks like this and the "Edit" choice opens the file in Photoshop.

Setting it as the Default App as recommended by @J E L is the easiest,
or- you can work your way through the Windows dialogs-
1) Select an image file to open (eg. JPEG) Right-Click and Select [Open With]
Most likely- you will NOT see Photoshop shown in the next screen! Click on [More apps]
2) In the list that opens- Scroll ALL the way to the bottom and Click on [Look for another app on this PC]
3) In the File Explorer window that opens navigate to and select {Photoshop.exe} which will be located in folder-
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2021
4) Repeat for other file types for Photoshop eg.TIF, PNG.

I always use the 'Open With' option when it is available and choose Photoshop.

I find that with every upgrade install of Photoshop it removes 'Photoshop' from the [Open with] option. ie. 'Open with Photoshop' is not available.
Resetting the 'Default' program that 'opens' JPG (& TIF) files is then needed, as suggested in the posts above.
In my system the question is moot, as I use Lightroom-Classic as my photo database management and the Lr [Edit-in] automatically will open any file-type in Photoshop. WIthout LrC, Adobe Bridge is also a good option for managing a photo library and opening files in Ps (better than the OS file browsers!)
