I have very few patterns available on PS 2020. I don't have Legacy Patterns or Artist Patterns. I have tried the fixes I found on here. Are there any other suggestions? Also, I do not get a flyout menu from windows>patterns.
My battery died yesterday and this morning when I restarted my computer it was on there? Maybe I should have restarted my computer after I ran the clean up program? Anyway, I have them now. Thank you for all of your help!!!!

Have you tried resetting your preferences, and if that didn't work, reinstalling Photoshop?

I tried both this morning and still nothing. No flyout either. Could it be something on my computer preventing it?

That is odd. You do that the latest PS installed? What's your OS? Can you post a screen shot of your menu tree, showing Windows>Patterns?
Maybe try the Creative Cloud Cleanup tool: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cl...

Can I download the files and add them separately? I have a HP Envy with Windows 10 and 64 bit operating system x64-based processor.

When you click on patterns in your menu, do you get this dialog box, and can you click on the flyout menu (hamberger icon) to see Legacy Patterns?

Very good. Yea, it's always wise to restart after you uninstall a program.
