Modifying a layer's dimension settings on Ipad

Hello, I would like to know how to precisely modify the dimensions of a layer on photoshop on Ipad. When I select the layer and go to its settings, the dimensions of the layer are displayed but cannot be modified. I would like to be able to modify them precisely in order to put them on a precise scale. Thank you for your help. I remember it's on Ipad. Thanks

Layer dimensions will be the same as image dimensions.  All of this scaling and checking can be done in the image menu.
