Using Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 (subscription) on Windows 10:
A new pop-up appears every time I open PS:
"The monitor profile LCD color management and conversion appears to be defective. Please rerun your monitor calibration software.
(check) Ignore Profle Use Anyway
I don't have monitor calibration software, and have not made any changes.
I'm using Working RGB sRBGIEC61966-2.1 as my PS profile.
Anything I should do, or just ignore this pop-up message?
The message means what it says. You have probably received a defective monitor profile from the manufacturer, distributed through Windows Update. That happens quite often.
Next time, click "Ignore Profile". That throws it out and replaces it with the Windows default, sRGB IEC61966-2.1 - which won't be accurate, but a lot better than a broken profile.
Don't confuse this with document profile. They are two entirely different things, serving different purposes. PS color settings only deals with docum

Using sRGB as both document profile and monitor profile in fact disables the whole color management chain. It's not how Photoshop is designed to work. But it'll work for now - until you get a calibrator.
