Hello,
I have a Problem.
When moving groups in PS, they are disapear. But they still should be visable, because the "eye" is shown next to the layers or to the group.
Turning one layer unvisable and visable again makes the whole group visable again at the new location.
Has anyone the same problem and solved it?
Using this version: Adobe Photoshop Version: 22.0.1 20201106.r.7
Thank you

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Thanks for the reply.
No, this has no effect.

Just to make sure: Did you restart Photoshop after changing the Preferences setting?

Yes. But didnt help. Even a fresh installation did not help to solve the problem.

I can reproduce the issue (Photoshop: 22.0.1, Mac OS 10.15.4 ).
In Photoshop 21.2.4 turning off Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Legacy Compositing resolves the issue but no such luck in 22.0.1 …
A quicker work-around than clicking the visibility-icon in the Layers Panel might be creating a new Layer (cmd-alt-shift-N) and deleting it (backspace).
If no none else should provide input on this you may want to post a Report over on

Thanks. I am happy that you were able to reproduce the issue.
The legacy composting is not available under V22..
