My C Disk Space is full

Hi Everyone, I observed that I installed the adobe photosop and used to resize images and other work but My C drive space is getting low. how to make it better as Adobe is taking alot of space.

It's time to go through and clean up your disk. 2.22GB free is not sufficient for Photoshop Scratch and hardly enough to run the operating system

Go to Windows Settings - System Storage and clear out temporary files. If you use the same disk for document storage then it is time to add a second disk for that purpose, at the very least move historic documents onto a separate disk.

I recommend replacing the hard drive with a larger one.
