I have two files in Photoshop currently. One is 02Start[1].tif and the other is the finished product labeled 02Working.psd. I can open the original image, but the finished product I can do nothing with. All I want to do is export the image but I can't open it, I can't right-click, double-click, nothing. It's basically useless. I have no idea what I did wrong :'( Please help!
You didn't say which files have those dates. In Windows File Explorer, you can change the View to show different setting. If any of the files do not say 7/25/2019 for the Date Created, they are ones you have already worked on.
Possibly you may have renamed the start.tif file to working.psd and it has the wrong extension. I recommend that you begin again. The ZIP file is still in Downloads unless you moved or deleted it. Unzip it and use a fresh copy of the files.

Can you provide the file? What is its filesize and what is the filesize of the original tif?
Do you get any error message when you try opening it?

I'm not entirely sure where I'd find the file size at, but no, I don't get an error message. When I click on 02Working.psd, nothing happens at all, as if it weren't there.

It sounds like you are working through Photoshop Classroom in a Book, Lesson 2. The exercise has you opening the files from Adobe Bridge. Since that isn't working, try launching Photoshop, then choose File > Open. If you can open it that way, you can get through the exercise.
The file called 02Working.psd is one that you would have created by opening 02Start and doing a Save As. If you followed the directions, you saved it to the lesson 2 folder. Check to see if it is there.
We can try to troubleshoot the issue with Bridge later. We'll need to know the versions of Bridge and Photoshop, plus your version of Windows.

I'm attenmpting to open the files with photoshop, because when I went to start the project a few days ago, I couldn't open the files through Bridge. I guess we've just found where the problem began haha. I'm running Windows 11 Home, and all Adobe products are 2023.

If you are in Photoshop and choosing File > Open, then you don't need to right-click or double-click the file. Try this:
If it still does not open, look at the properties and tell us the creation date and the file size.
Two things come to mind:
1. The file is 0 bytes
2. Instead of opening 01Start and doing a Save As to save it as a PSD, you accidentally renamed the 02Start.tif file to 02Working.psd, giving in the wrong extension. I see this happen from time to time with new users.
The exercises do not included "02Start[1].tif".
You can try any of these:

The file size is 5.64 MB, I got that from clicking "open" and hovering over the file. It does not have a creation date on there, but I can tell you I started it 1/12/23.

You're welcome, @Kyla27927972ozou and I'm glad it's working for you now.
If you have other questions as you work through the book, start a new thread for each and include a page reference. Several of us teach from the books and the author is also on these forums.

Do you have icloud by chance? If it's auto uploaded to the cloud, it wont open. You need to download it from icloud first. I have had this problem where I try to open my file several ways and realized it was in icloud and until it was fully downloaded, I was a sitting duck.
