Hi @sebastian33915942lmpq, what type(s) of RAW file are you trying to open? I'm using Photoshop 25.2.0 on Windows 10 and not having any trouble opening CR2, CR3, ARW, NRW or DCR files.

Please post Help > System Info.
Most likely this is ACR crashing in the GPU driver (and so unrelated to the raw files as such).

@sebastian33915942lmpq, okay, you'll need to give us some more information so we can help you. Were you previously able to open CR3 files? Did this happen after updating to the latest Photoshop release (25.2.0) or before that? Anything else change on your system recently? Are your GPU drivers up to date? Be sure you are running the Studio, not the Gaming driver for Photoshop. If you roll back to an earlier version where Camera Raw worked correctly, does it fix the problem? You can post your System Info and we'll see if there is something else going on. But if it was working before and not now, you may need to stay with the version where it worked until you can figure out what's causing the conflict with the newer versions.

yes, with previous versions it worked without problems, the last time I opened a photo in CR3 was in June of this year, the error appeared with the last updates, I checked the drivers and they are all updated; neither my computer has had any change in this time. With this last version if I try to open a CR3 image the program freezes but if I press the "esc" key it resets as if it could not launch the preview window, this error also appears when I try to open the RAW camera filters, could it be an error of the RAW plug in?
My laptop has the following features:

If it's a laptop it's even more likely a GPU problem. Dual GPUs will conflict and you may need to disable one.

@sebastian33915942lmpq, you could try a manual Preferences reset or a fresh installation of Photoshop to see if that fixes it. How much free space is available in your scratch disks? How much Memory Usage is dedicated to Photoshop (70% is recommended)? If you copy and paste your Help > System Info here we can see those settings.

hi guys, thank you very much for your support to solve the error, in deed it was a problem of the configuration of the dual graphics card
