My Photoshop interface is having a horrible bug and keeps freezing

My Photoshop 2020 interface is having this bug where I'm unable to see any menu buttons, as well as the regular minimize, maximize or close buttons. Also when I try to open a picture, the whole interface seems to be all messed up.

I already tried everything, unchecked GPU usage option, uninstalling, installing old versions and nothing seems to work.

If anyone has a better suggestion, I'm willing to try!

I use windows on an AMD A12 Radeon R7 Card. Other programs such as Lightroom and Premiere Pro work normally.

Thanks a lot.

Update, I went all the way to version 20.0.7 20191017 and it seems to work, however, it's not ok to have an older version cause newer ones do not work

Why is it not OK to have old version of Photoshop installed?  I feel you should have several versions installed for protection. All version of Photoshop have bugs some more then others. Old Photoshop version have fewer bugs they also do not have new features.  All photoshop version have been useful.  New Photoshop version are always release with new bugs. That a given. I have the following installed.

Basically because I'm paying a monthly fee for me to have the latest updates. If it was free, I'd honestly wouldn't care.

Regards.

I think your replies are not being helpful. This is exactly what I'm doing, reporting an issue, also yes, I've been researching enough to find out this issue hasn't been addressed.

Thanks again for your reply.

One thing to try is go into Windows Device Manager, and see if you have any other display adapters active besides the Radeon. If so, disable them.

This is a user forum not Adobe support. If your OS,  Devices drivers and Photoshop software is up to date and you have a problem you should report the problem  on Adobe  Photoshop family feedback site. Search that site first to see if your problem has been reported.  If it has add any additional information you have  there. https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family
