Tonight I logged onto Ps 2024 (production version, no betas running on my Win 11 Pro PC) and all my Actions (with the exception of "Default Actions") are missing. I've collected a lot of actions over the years. And, created ones of my own. I use a lot of them daily. This is devastating. Is there a way to find them if they're not showing up when I click on the sideways arrow?
I have not run any updates or installed anything into the Ps 2024 that I use daily. Nothing should have impacted them.
In fact, I'd planned to back everything up in the coming week prior to migrating to Ps 2025. But my mother, sadly, died in the past 3 weeks and I hadn't gotten to it. In fact was using Ps to prepare things related to her for newspapers, tributes, etc.
I'd really appreciate it if someone can help me restore my Actions. I'm feeling very stressed right now. Thx.

@Fotomaker01RA – One should manually save out each action set "folder" individually to a .atn file using the menu on the upper right of the action panel window.
Loaded .atn files or newly created and unsaved action sets are temporarily stored in the Actions Palette presets file (Actions Palette.psp). This file should be considered temporary and may be subject to corruption or loss, so making an explicit save to .atn file for each action set is strongly advised.
You can load saved action (set) files which have a .atn file extension.
The Actions Palette.psp file can often be used to migrate the entire panel/palette or to possibly retrieve unsaved actions. This is by no means a replacement for saving each Action Set as an individual .atn file. The location of the Actions Palette.psp file can be found in locations similar to:
Mac:
/Users/username/Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop CC 2022 Settings/Actions Palette.psp
Win:
C:\Users\username\appData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2022\Adobe Photoshop 2022 Settings\Actions Palette.psp
(Replace “username” with your user account name and also replace 2022 with your version name/number. The Windows appData or Mac Library directory may be hidden. You can search the web for how to make hidden folders visible for your OS if this is the case).
Good luck!
