My tool bar is not showing up at all. I have already reset my defaults and restart my computer.

As shown here, my tool bar is not showing up at all. I have already reset to my defaults (or at least I think I did) and I have restarted my computer. 

I really don't want to download and undownload my app, because there are some other issues. Please let me know if there are ways to fix this?!!

Have you tried striking the F Key a few times?
