My update of PS v23.4.1 fails at 96%

This is repeatable.  No other apps are running and all other Adobe updates finished OK.

 

Ideas, please.

Hi. Please try removing first the current Photoshop version and installing again. If that doesn't work, try this utility: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
