Need a copy of camera raw 9.1.1 plugin for Photoshop cs6

I have a Canon 7D mark 2 and I can't get the DNG converter to see the the cs2 files. I tried to find a copy of Camera Raw 9.1.1 but no luck. What is the best location to find the file DNG converter for free?

What operating system are you using?
