Need to open a zip file in Excell

I have a download the in Zip format.  The only way I can open it is through Adobe.  I was sent to forms but don't know what I need.

You need to unzip the file to make it useable in any application of your choice.  To do this, right-click on the zip file and select extract or unzip from the list.
