Neural Filters broken and not using GPU anymore

Hello,

I am using the latest PS version 23.5.1 and neural filters are not using my GPU, despite the "Use GPU" setting being active. A super zoom x4 takes 30min to complete, terrible.

It was fine on previous versions, it would take about 30 seconds to complete.

I have a GTX 1080 8GB

I found why, the new behavior of super zoom now resize the image instead of zooming in. It is fine, I had to change my workflow now it's as fast as before
