Neural filters (superzoom) used to work but now there's an error:
'Could not complete the Neural Filters command because of a problem using the Adobe Color Engine.'
As advised on other posts, the mysterious Folder '23' contains nothing.
Mac OS 13.2.1
Pshop 24.1.1
Hi @Phoenix15 sorry to hear this. Testing here shows the filter working as expected.
Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:
Restore your preferences using this manual method:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
Does it work correctly?
If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
Thank you,
Cory

OK that's sorted it, I can now Superzoom again. Thanks.

I have the same when using superzoom on cmyk images. A workaround is to do superzoom in rgb mode, then convert to cmyk.
