I did not subscribe to Adobe. I only did a trial and I CANCELLED IT. But I find out I've been charged every month for a total of $920! I had difficulty cancelling as well and only got to cancel today. I only found out I was being paid when I locked my debit card since it was getting lots of payments and I got the email that Adobe was asking me to pay. But I kept it locked since I didn't want to be charged, and so I was never able to cancel the plan. I was only able to cancel it now unlocking my card, but had to be charged another $30. There is no way Adobe lets us contact them except through a bot. That's why I'm posting here. I'm so downtrodden – it took so much out of my savings and it never went to use. Can someone please help me find out how to contact Adobe and get a refund?

No one on this public forum can assist with billing. Only Adobe Customer Care can do that.
Try the link to auto-open the Chat:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "agent" to get a human, not the bot
Get a case number since you've done this before.
If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.
Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.

Concur with previous response. Customer Svc has been preety good in the past with a credit. More of a concern is you did not notice the charges or did not take action until months later. Becareful of the scammers as mentioned.
