Hey, guys, I'm using Photoshop CC 2017... I'm creating the 3D logo for my newly created page, I wrote text 'ATF' and trying to convert it into 3D... I follow all the step shown in a YouTube video, but in the last 'New 3D Extrusion from Selected Laye' option wasn't available... Guys, please help me out.

Hi

Can you go to Help > System info - click on copy and paste the info here. 3D is dependant on GPU and we should be able to see the relevant info from the system info dump.

You are using a non genuine, "hacked" copy of Photoshop which is why 3D is not working. Sorry I cannot help you further.

I am having the same problem. I downloaded my version directly from the dobe website. Is there a possibility that it could still be "hacked" and how would i go about getting the real version?

I am using a genuine licenced version of Photoshop, yet I experience the same problem. I believe there is an issue with the program itself as I have seen many people reporting the same thing even with a licensed version of the software.

Furthermore, the new versions are incompatible with my macbook. I do not have enough money to buy a new one at the moment, and I am stuck with a software I cannot update on my older computer, which makes it even harder to make money with the software. This is something to consider as you will lose customers who are forced to use other softwares because of this obselescence of older macbooks. I pay a lot of money for this software, and to not even be able to update it makes me want to cancel the service.
