New issue, with Photoshop saving function

Hello, I recently updated to Photoshop 2024 / Creative Cloud. I instantly was met with an oddity on my iMac 2020 with Sonoma OS.

If I wish to take an opened image and "Save As," a correct image no longer appears in the Save window, only a blank white space. More oddly, if I do go ahead and save it, the file is correct/fine. It's just that I no longer can see a preview of it before I hit Save (only the white or blank square or file shape. Below is what I'm referring to: I simply stroked keys: Command+Shift+S, as I have for years.

Suggestions?

Thank you.

Having the same issue although I get just a corner of the preview. Have restarted PS and the computer. iMac Pro, Xeon W, 64GB ram, Sonoma 14.0. Have a Windows machine also running 2024 and it doesn't have the problem
