New Photoshop wont work with my mac. [OSX Yosemite]

Hi. The new photoshop wont work with my Mac OS 10.10.5  I do not want to upgrade my os as some of my applications wont work.  Can I download an older version of photoshop that will still work with my OS system?

Prodesigntools usually has old installers, Photoshop 21 should still be available in the CC application.
