What is your screen resolution?

What is your UI Scaling set to?  If 200%, try changing 100%

Can you please answer the two questions that Trevor.Dennis asked you? Also, what happened when “it did not work”?

Hi Choey,

The screen resolution (what Trevor.Dennis asked for) is not the same as the image resolution, which you gave us in pixels per inch. It’s okay if you don’t know the differerence; that’s why we are here to help.

Here’s what we need for you to do. Instructions are for Windows 10.

Click Start > select Settings > System > Display

  • Under Resolution, show a screen shot or tell us what you currently have for the screen resolution.
  • Under Scale and layout, look under Change the size of text, apps, and other items. Again, show a screen shot or tell us what you have.

Also, what is the exact version of Windows you are running?

  • Click Start > Settings > System > About
