New version of CC compatibility with Windows 7

Is the newest version of CC compatible with Windows 7?

I noticed that Windows 10 is recommended but I'm not able to switch to Windows 10 at this time.

No. Photoshop 2021 is only compatible with Windows 10. Windows 7 support was dropped in version 2021.

If you cannot upgrade from Windows 7 SP1 then you'll have to use Photoshop 2020.
