New windows update broke the press and hold

I have an issue, I did the last windows 10 update and this annoying white circle is back with my Cintiq 13hd (even if I disabled the press and hold months ago!) So now I can't find anymore the "pen & touch" or "TABLET PC" settings in my control panel, did someone knows where to find the press and hold option now ?

Did you try Start > Settings > Devices > Pen & Windows Ink?

Yes I already desactived windows Ink but it doesn't disable the press and hold
