@default46179985ca8579 Have you tried restarting Photoshop? Do you have anything isolated in a selection? Do you have the proper layer selected? What specific tool are you trying to use?

In addition to what @Kevin Stohlmeyer mentioned, please also share a screenshot of your workspace as well as let us know what version of Photoshop you're using. You can find that by going to Help > System Info.
