No parser or file format can open for downloaded brushes

Hi all! I'm hoping I can get some help. When I download brushes and try to take them into PS 2021 I get the error "no parser or file format can open..." 

When I drag and drop, I get that error. If I click and then open, it automatically launches my Affinity. Help! Why is this doing this?

If you haven't yet tried - please go to the Brush panel's menu (the 3 or 4 lines in the upper right corner of the panel) and choose Import Brushes, then navigate to your brush set. You may also want to try to right click your brush and choose "Open With" in that menu, and choose Photoshop from there.

Just checking... you HAVE unzipped the file, right? I know you may have, but you'd be surprised how many people just miss that part! 🙂

Im having this same issue , so I deleted all the affinity applications and it still won't open the brushes is their a resolution to this issue

@default1agk11cigb7f Brushes should be loaded through the Brushes Panel not opened in Photoshop.
