Hi, I was introduced to generative fill by AI inside Photoshop and I have access to Adobe Firefly. But the menu of "Beta Apps" does not exist in my creative cloud to be able to download "Photoshop (Beta)", can someone help me to reach that? Thanks in advance, Hamex

Hey, @Hamex Rad. I've reviewed your account & you're part of an Enterprise subscription.

The Administrator of your subscription can configure the services you can utilize. Please check Creative Cloud using a personal account. Or reach out to the subscription Admin to enable the required services through the Admin console.

Thanks!
Sameer K

Hey @Emma30188608zpm4, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Here are the steps you can share with the Admin of the subscription: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/customize-creative-cloud-app.html#enable-beta-app-install

This should help. Let me know if it does. Thanks!
Sameer K.

Hey, @Hamex Rad

I have the same problem. The 'beta apps' show up on my laptop, but not on my desktop while I'm using the same account... Any idea how to solve this? Thanks!

Hey @KarenDeLongPhotography & @brentdebleser. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. I've reviewed both of your accounts & there shouldn't be an issue with getting to Beta apps. Your subscription isn't related to business/enterprise.

In the Creative Cloud desktop app, go to Menu button > Help > About Creative Cloud (shown below) & share a screenshot of the resulting screen.

For now, try this:

  • In the Creative Cloud app, press CTRL + ALT + T (Win) or CMD + OPT + T (macOS) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.
  • Windows - Press Windows + R to open Run Dialogue > enter %TEMP% > Click on OK > Delete any files or folders with 'NGL' in their names.
  • macOS - In spotlight search > find KeyChain > Clear all entries, certificated & secure notes related to Adobe.
  • Restart the computer.
  • Sign in to Creative Cloud again and let me know if the error persists.

Thanks!
Sameer K

seems typical of adobe comunity help. a bunch of people ask, some unhelpful information appears, then nothing is resolved.
