no se monta la imagen en Mac

Buenas tardes, 

Mi problema es el siguiente.Intento abrir cualquier archivo en Photoshop 2024 pero no me muestra la imagen y tengo que hacerlo en la versión de 2021.
Anteriormente no me funcionaban algunas herramientas como rotar lienzo o el selector de colores y por eso instalé esa versión antigua
Tengo un Mac retina 5K de finales de 2015 con 24 GB de memoria Sistema operativo Monterey 12.7.3

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use a Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver), but not the latest version - it has issues with Premiere Pro and may have problems with other Adobe programs.

 

If that doesn't work, try resetting the tools and/or preferences.
To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut:

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are
