No tengo habilitados todos los modos de fusión

En mi photoshop no me deja usar modos de fusión como por ejemplo sobreponer, luz suave, fuerte, intensa, entre otras, tampoco me deja exportar JPGE o PNG cuando le doy guardar como copia, mi mayor problema es el primero mencionado, si me pueden ayudar gracias.

Looks like your document is 32 bits/channel.

Go to Image>Mode and change it to either 16 or 8 bits/channel.
