No transparency after last update

After the last update, I couldn't get rid of the background, despite that there is no any other layer:

See how the logo is not transparant:

How to solve that?

I can see the layer is transparent. Is the Artboard transparent?

Click on the Artboard layer then go to the properties panel and set the Artboard background colour to transparent
