Not able to create reflection with generative prompt

Participant ,

Before the new updates, I would extend the bottom of the photo to make room for a reflection. When I chose the subject it always made the reflection under the subject. Now when I try the same thing it give me reflections of nothing associated with with subject. Attaching screen shots. The first one is the original, the second is the selection and the third is what was generated. I'm not sure what changed after the new updates.

Hi @pixeltaker,

Thanks for reaching out. To get the desired reflection effect, try roughly selecting the area below the ice cream bowl using the Lasso tool. Then, use the following prompt to guide the generative fill for the reflection:

Prompt: “Mirror surface for reflections.”

This should help you achieve the reflection you’re looking for. I’ve attached a screenshot showing one of the samples I created using this prompt.

Let me know if this works for you!

Best,

Anshul Saini
