Hello Adobe Community,
I am currently experiencing a problem while trying to duplicate objects in Adobe. After watching several YouTube videos and reading articles, they all suggest using the shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + Alt + T) to duplicate objects, but I would like to duplicate objects in the same way as in Illustrator (Ctrl + D).
When I try to duplicate an object by dragging it with the alt key and pressing (Ctrl + Alt + Shift + T), it duplicates but the resulting objects, like the Golden Ratio, are double the size of the original. Moreover, the second duplicate object is double the size of the first duplicate object, and so on. Sometimes, it duplicates radially instead of duplicating in a straight line.
I'm not sure why it keeps behaving differently even though I haven't changed the settings. There's a rotation tool similar to the one in Illustrator called (rotate tool) that I can use to move it, but I'm unsure how to duplicate it at a specific angle or in the way I want. Can someone please help me with this?
Thank you kindly.

...Hello Bojan, thank you for your assistance. I have learned how to duplicate objects. Initially, I was pressing Alt and then (Ctrl + Alt + Shift + T). However, I discovered that I need to enter the transform option using (Ctrl + Alt + J). Then, I can move or rotate the object and press enter or check mark. Finally, the (Ctrl + Alt + Shift) option will create duplicates until I stop.

Use Ctrl J (Cmd J) instead of Ctrl D
This duplicates the layer regardless of what type of layer it is.
