Not sure what happened, but Photoshop went from loading in seconds to minutes!

Is anyone else getting that? I just clicked to start Photoshop just before 5:58pm, It didn't even display anything on my computer that it was going to load until the very end of 6:01pm. At 6:02pm and it finally finished loading. What is preventing it from loading as fast as it was? It used to load in 5 seconds.  ( I got 

I think it occurred after updating to the most recent version of Photoshop a little less then 30 days ago, but it's been loading in seconds since December when I got this computer.

Continuuing with this issue, I tried uninstalled photoshop and reinstalling it and I am still have the issue. Right now, I just right-clicked on an image in one of my window explorer folders and i chose "open in photoshop". This was at 10:00am. Now it's 10:03 am and it still hasn't opened it. Only if I were to click and drag the image to photoshop would it open it right away or if I was in Photoshop and clicked on File> Open> and found the image.

What's going on with the latest Photoshop?

Hi, would it be possible for you to share a file that is taking 5 minutes to open?  Happy to have the team see what might be the issue, do ALL files take this long, is there anything that you can repeate as to which are short or long to open?

It's any file and it's not just the file, just opening photoshop takes 5 minutes. Also, the delay in opening a file only occurs when I double click a .psd and it has to send that data to Photoshop to know that Photoshop needs to open it, however, if i go to Photoshop while it's already open and go to File> Open> and choose the file, the file opens immediately. So there's some sort of "relay" system, that's causing the issue.

Did you read any of the System Info above that you had requested?

I wonder if there's any info in there that can help.

I'm wondering what this "sniffer.exe" is with a high basetimems
