Hi, would it be possible for you to share a file that is taking 5 minutes to open?  Happy to have the team see what might be the issue, do ALL files take this long, is there anything that you can repeate as to which are short or long to open?

Hi @Line, sorry you are seeing this. So, you got this computer in December and Ps worked as expected, and now it is not? Other than the update, any other changes to your system or updates?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
