Not sure what I have done nor how to fix it...

This image shows you what happens when I open an image. All was fine until a couple of hours ago when (clearly) i have switched something. now with the image so low in the program, it is rendering Photoshop almostScreenshot 2019-10-30 20.18.05.png impossible to use.

Hi go to windows then workspace click essitail default if already there click reset worksapce will be good to go..Regards
