O Photoshop fecha sozinho quando inicio o programa

Quando abro o Photoshop ele fecha assim que abre, eu ja desinstalei e voltei a instalar, apaguei tudo, instalei de novo, e mesmo assim continua com esse problemas. tentei varias versões e em todas acontece o mesmo. Meu notebook é um lenovo ideapad 3 Ryzen 5 5500U com 12 de RAM 3200hz 4gb que vem soldado no notebook e uma de 8gb que coloquei, tenho ele a 1 ano exatamente, alguem consegue me ajuda?

Please try to disable the option to "Use Graphics Procesor" from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.

 

If you're unable to access Preferences and PhotoShop crashes before that, please go to the location C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop nnnn. Then rename the Sniffer.exe to Old.Sniffer.exe and try launching Photohsop again.

If the issue persists, you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

Preferences in Photoshop (adobe.com)

Please backup your settings before resetting the preferences. You can check:

Migrate presets, actions, and settings (adobe.com)

 

Another try it to turning on the option »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews) and restarting Photoshop.

Which operating system do you use?

Which version of Photoshop do you use?

Please post the exact version not only phrases like "recent", "latest" and so on.

Can you share system info from Help > System Info > copy then paste here.

 

Is your system up-to-date? Check if there any patches and updates are available, especially for the graphic driver.

Did you do a full and clean reinstallation?

If no, please follow the steps below:

 

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

o problema persistiu 😞  

Não sei mais o que posso fazer.

a versão do meu  photoshop é a 24.3 porém o problema acontece em qualquer versão, testei desde a versão 22.2 até a 24.3 e o problema está em todos.

creio que o problema pode ser no emu notebook :

Lenovo Ideapad 3, AMD Rayzen 5 5500u , memória de 12 RAM 3200hz 1 memoria de 4gb e outra de 8 gb, 256GB SSD e um disco hdd de 232 GB , placa de video integrada AMD Radeon Graphics 2.10 GHz, sistema operacional de 64 bits. Windows 11Home Sigle Language Versão 22H2

Did you do a full and clean reinstallation as decribed in my post above?

Is you system up-to-date? All recent version of patches and drivers, esp. graphic driver are installed.

Do you logged in as an Administrator or an user with Admin rights?

Try to create a new user account and check Photoshop with this account. Create a local user or administrator account in Windows - Microsoft Support

Criei um novo usuario e deu certo, o photoshop funcionou, você saberia explicar a causa desse problema e se ele voltaria a funcionar no meu usuario administrador?

 

e sim a instalaçao do meu photoshop foi completa e limpa

I don't know what's the reason for the faulty user profile can be. This can have many causes. I've also experienced this in my work. Programs do not behave as they should and a cause cannot be found. This is usually due to a defective profile
