Oil Paint.. I have seen alot of problems

I have a brand new Computer.. ibuypower DESKTOP-73H4AVB Intel (R) Core i7-8100 CPU

Oil paint was working.. I checked all problem solving and after update.. it is shaded..

Moved my programs to another hard drive that has more gigs..

still nothing

What version of Photoshop do you have, is OpenCL enabled in preferences > performance > advanced settings

Try going to Nvidia and updating you GPU driver, also take a look at the link I posted above
