Open File not Visible

New Here ,
Apr 22, 2023 Apr 22, 2023

When I open a file in Photoshop, the file is not visible. I know it's open, but can't see the image. I'm current on my updates and unistalled and reinstalled the Creative Cloud app. I'm on Windows 10 Pro.

Does anyone have any suggestions or fixes for this?

Can you try this: Preferences > Technology Previews > Enable "Deactivate Native Canvas" > Restart Photoshop

Thank you! I ended up disabling one of my graphic cards and also followed your instructions. Thank you for the quick response and help. I can see my images once again.
