open specific Illustrator art board

Is there a way in Photoshop’s open preferences to specifically open a certain art board (i.e. art board 2, 5, etc.)?

The DOM doesn't have a page setting in EPSOpenOptions but you can open a specific artboard( page ) using Action Manager.

If the *.ai file has had PDF compatability checked when saved then open it in PS using the pdf options…
