openGL is fail

I always use photoshop edit Panorama photos

but today photoshop can not open Panorama photo

it said I turn off the "openGL" , but I didn't change any sitting!

so I check the  "perfoemance",every thing is all right!

and check the System Information 

openGL is opened!!

so...why?

by the way , I find a file named "debug" beside the Panorama photo ,I think it's photoshop create?
