Since updating to Photoshop 23.3.2 in a multi-user (school) environment, other users files are shown in the "Your Files" window as Online-only. You can see the thumbnail of the images, but cannot access/download them. We haven't moved to shared cloud storage, still keeping the default user storage option, though if we move to the other option, I wouldn't expect to be able to see other users files anyway.
Photoshop 23.3.2
Windows 10 21H2
Is there a way to disable this?

The only way files show up in "Your Files" in the home screen is via the logged in account.
Are users saving files to the cloud with the same logged in ID?

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the reply, apologies for the delay getting back to you.
That would seem reasonable, but both my activations are on computers on my desk. I have at times logged in to other computers with my adobe account, but none recently, until just now to check that accounts are not being retained when a new user logs into the computer. All the students have their own credentials and they are unable to access computers without these. I have just logged in to a student computer and can see files that have been saved in the last hour (please see the attachment). The student computers are currently running Photoshop 22.4.3. The files appear to be from multiple users, but with a large population, I am not able to find which students they belong to. When I log in to my computers, using 23.3.2, I am seeing files from 20 days + ago, none from today. Thanks again for you response.

Hi David,
This is odd, you can always contact your admin or Adobe support to have them check your account and see if there is something wrong with the setup or account storage.
Make sure you are logged in to this page and there should be a chat icon on the bottom right. Best way to contact someone direct from Adobe that can access your account details.

I am just waiting for my Network Manager to get back from holidays, going to get him to check the accounts then I will take it up with Adobe.
Many thanks

Hi @piotrm39564161 how are your accounts managed? If they are all using generic email ID logins and shared, then they would also share the same recent files, etc.

all users have indywidual Federaded ID accounds (by Google SSO)

I would recommend contacting your support then through the Admin console. This is definitely weird behavior - are each student logging in to their CC account at each station when they come in?

Each student uses their own account but the thumbnails sometimes show previews of other people's files despite the fact that they are logged in to their account, I was surprised too, but as you can see, someone has had this problem before.

Hi @piotrm39564161 , yes, we had this issue last year, I was running 23.3.2 and could see previews of files belonging to other users cloud saved files. I had no access, but could clearly see the previews. It is a school environment. I can't remember which version was on the other computers, probably a bit of mix. But since we have updated to 23.5.1, this issue appears to have gone away. So, unless you are already, I would suggest updating to the latest version.
