Can you please try Photoshop 23.0.2 update. It contains fixes which should address what you were seeing.

Hi there,

That doesn't sound good. Have you tried resetting the preferences of Photoshop and see if that helps?

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html

Regards,

Sahil

Could you please elaborate on the problem. Some screen shots could help. Are you saying the grid lines will appear/disappear depending on where the image or Photoshop is located on the screen? Is the magnification a factor?

Yes I have tried a lot of actions including reseting settings.

It looks like to be a bug of Nvidia 2070 + LG 4k + Win10

I am attaching screenshots of the problem.

I "fixed" the problem by downgrading to 1920x1080 resolution.

On the first screenshot you can see both horiztonal and vertical grid are present and on the second just horizontal present.

Both moving and zooming is a factor.

I guess zooming is a factor as well because it changes the image position while zooming it.

Hi! Thanks for the help!

I forgot to mention: the problem appears only if the gpu acceleration is on.

Without it the grid works well but of course everything is very slow.
