Hi there,
Could you please open the Creative Cloud Desktop app and click on the "Check for Updates" option on the top right corner. You should see the Photoshop 22.4 update, go ahead install it.
Let us know if see any error message.

Même problème chez moi, Adobe CC demande de réparer et se réinstalle régulièrement !
Assez pénible .... j'espère qu'ils trouveront une solution !

Having spent a couple of hours because Photoshop wouldn't update, I tracked the error down to it requiring Roseatta to install first. I found this resolution when installing the log recorder and it required Rosetta. Had this problem on both my Mac Studio and MacPro laptop (M2 version). why this problem showed up on this update I have no idea, but at least I've gotten everything re-installed and working. Still have to put my actions and tools back in. Extremely agravating.
