Can you go to Help > About and tell us the exact version? Photoshop 14.1.7 never existed. The most current update for Photoshop CC (released June 17, 2013) is 14.2.1.

I have the same issue with the same set up except I am running on a 2019 iMac. When I drag the panels over to main screen, they work.

The current version of Photoshop is 25.2.0. This is supported on Sonoma.

Hi,
current only Ps 24.7.1 and 25.0 is supported on Sonoma (this can change in future). Adobe Customer Care requested me to downgrade Ps to this versions, but the failure is always present.
