paragraph box not wrapping text

Hi, when I create a text box dragging the text tool I get a paragraph box, but the text doesn't wrap, and it stay on just one line...

Anyone can suggest how to solve this? I've googled and tried some tricks, but nothing works.

I've got last PS CC on windows.

Go to Window > Character.

Set Line Height to Auto.

The line height is to small, so that a second line runs into the first one. The line height needs to be at least the character height.
