Patch Tool not working

¿Anyone else having problems using the patch tool when working on 360 panoramas? It doesn´t seem to work!!! Spot healing brush working ok, though, and the patch tool works when it is not in the 360 view.

Content-aware patching didn't work for me in a 360 spherical panorama layer either. Clone Stamp did work, so I used that instead. I use to fix seams introduced into 360 images with certain retouching tools  (shadow, highlight, clarity, dehaze) in the Camera Raw filter.

So not ALL tools work, I guess? Is it a bug, you think? Clone stamp, healing brush etc are the tools I am using, those can get rid those seams. I haven´t tried the Camera Raw Filter, thanks
