Drawn one path. Made pattern using transform. Used stroke path in the entire pattern and fill one pattern with different colours using bucket as shown in the pic. It is not possible to fill hundreds of pattern in the entire canvas. Any easy method that if i fill colour in one pattern it simultaneously fills colour in the entire pattern in the canvas.

Cut out the coloured one (Layer > New > Layer via Cut), convert it to a Smart Object, duplicate that five times and arrange them to form the repeating part of the Pattern, make the appropriate Selection (and hide the other Layers), then use Edit > Define Pattern.

If i try duplicating only path is duplicated. It would be very helpful if you could make small video.

I don’t think that would make a lot of sense without the actual file.

As I said before, if you want to edit the vectors for the pattern you will need to use Illustrator, not Photoshop 🙂

If you are creating vector-based patterns you may be better to use Illustrator's amazing Pattern creation tools. they will make your life a whole lot easier and more inspiring 🙂
