It occurs randomly when I'm painting. I'm using an Artisul d13 and everything is fine and suddenly the pen stops working partially. I can use it as a mouse, the curzor moves, I can use click on other programs (browser, office etc) and every function is working, exept in photoshop. I cannot use brush, eraser and it seems like only ps cannot sense I'm clicking with my pen and if it sense it, there is at least 5sec delay. It isn't work until I reopen the file. I don't even have to close photoshop AND if I open another psd file, everything is working as well, but on the file where the bug occured, nothing.

Hi @Deleted User that tablet is not supported in Photoshop so the fact thats its working at all is a good sign.
So is the issue only on the one specific file or on any file, but when you create a new one it begins working again?

Hello @Kevin Stohlmeyer ,
thank you for your answer. To be honest I didn't know PS doesn't support Artisul at all. My tablet is working fine when the issue is not in present.
To answer your question, the issue can occur on any file I'm working on. I could best describe it that when it happens I cannot leave any mark with my brush tool, program does not notice if I erase something and clicking menus has 5-6 sec delay at least. I have to close the file and open it again if I wanna continue which is 2 sec but sometimes the error happens in every 10 min and annoying when I'm working on an illustration and wanna check my previous steps because my history is reset every time I close a file.
Funny thing but if I open another file I'm able to work on that one even if the first file, where the error occured is still open. Everything works fine but if I go back to the first file I still cannot work on it until I re-open it. Wierdest issue I've ever seen.
Maybe I should just buy a supported tablet.
