Sorry to bother you guys with this but I looked for a week on the net.
The Problem: When I begin to draw with my pen/tablet in small area such as a small circle, the pencil lines does not appear on Photoshop until I ether stop the drawing of say, a circle OR i draw very far from the point where my pen begins.
What I have done: Adjusted, reinstalled, reset all options and/or as advised online for the drivers for my pen tablet
Adjusted and changed settings in Photoshop as advised online on pen settings (f5) and system resources under options.
I have tried 4 other drawing/paint programs and only had this problem in Photoshop
Things to note: My pen tablet is a Huion 610PRO
Its not the common delayed drawing lines issue (I wish it was!)
My computer is decent! (16gig ramm, 1080ti gpu, intel 5820k, SSD install drive) and my OS is win10 and its up to date, I manually checked.
I really like Photoshop and have been on board since CS4 and want to continue to use this product but I am glad I tried out the trial first. I can't draw like this sadly, I hope some one has an idea what I can do to resolve this. I guess its hard to explain clearly on my part, if so then maybe I will make a small video of it if my trial has not expired if it would help.
Thanks for your time!

Thanks for your input. When I am done cleaning/dusting my computer tower (good weather outside!) then I will take a look and compare updates history and what not. Its still odd that it only effects Photoshop but I don't care if this works. I will reply back on what comes of this info you shared and thanks again!

Annoyed with the ordeal but happy that it worked, thanks to you. This is what I had for updates before and compared to yours and noticed the differences. I already searched for new updates but nothing came up BUT I did have a small recommended update for my USB compatibility with apple devices. I don't use apple products so I never did it but apparently when I went ahead and download this then more updates appeared afterwords. Really weird that this would somehow stop the flow of other updates. Thanks again, your a life savor. Other drawing apps just don't feel quite right as versus Photoshop.
