Perspective warp Problems

I have never had an issue with this. Pretty straightforward.  But trying to straighten an invitation on my screen and after I set the layout points and switch to warp, the program immediately crops the picture to the top left corner and will only let me shirt perspective there. What am I doing wrong? I'm sure it's an easy fix. Thank you.
