I am wondering how do you make this type of photo. do I search look up the photo with the knight?

Looks like an illustration that someone drew. Could have been done in PS or another app.

You can try looking through Adobe Stock, or some of the other stock libraries. But, I agree with Chuck -- it definitely is an illustration.

If you find stock photos, you can use Photoshop's painting brushes to create a similar look and feel. Check them out--they are really fun to work with (there is a learning curve, but there are some great tutorials on how to use them if you are interested!)
